Designing and producing Pipe Bending Tools requires extensive know-how and expertise.
With our experience in tooling for CNC and NC pipe bending machines in pipe diameter ranges from 4mm up to 150mm, we can provide you with desired bending tools in time and with high quality.
Parts needing regular change like wipers and mandrels are also designed and produced in-house.
CNC Machining
Machined parts up to 1000x600mm dimensions are possible with our 4 axis CNC vertical machining center.
Using the fourth axis, parts with multiple machined surfaces can be finished without the need for separately referencing each side. Furthermore cylindrical parts can be machined.
CNC Turning
With our 8″ CNC turning machine we can provide our customers with various machined parts.
CAM programs for our turning machine are generated by software according to CAD data of the product. Therefore complex geometries and first sample approval are possible with short lead times.
