T-Bolt Band Clamps are frequently installed on coolant and air-intake systems for construction, truck, and bus engines. They are also widely used on duct systems, baghouse equipment, irrigation systems, medical equipment, precleaners, and more.
T-Bolt Band Clamps provide leak-proof connections in a wide variety of industrial, commercial, and military applications. We manufacture our clamps from 300 series stainless steel with rounded band edges to protect soft hose materials. Our T-Bolt Clamps provide higher tensile strength, durability, and corrosion resistance than typical worm gear clamps, and are the perfect choice for medium- and heavy-duty applications.
We use 20 mm wide stainless steel band in the production of our clamps. The T-Bolts we use are M6 – 8.8 quality. The nuts used with these clamps are zinc-plated steel, which are self-locking and have nylon insert.
We produce T-Bolt Clamps in two types (regular and spring-loaded) and in various sizes. Spring-loaded T-Bolt Clamps are designed compensate for the thermal expansion in hose and fitting connections. They are especially preferred in applications such as charge air cooling systems.
