Pipe & Profile Laser Cutting

With our CNC Pipe and Profile Cutting Laser we can cut tubes up to 150mm diameter and profiles up to a dimension of 150x150mm with all square, rectangular or arbitrary cross-sections.

Marking, precise hole cutting and arbitrary shaped cut-outs are possible.

For 3 dimensional welding lines, welding quality can be substantially improved by having precise and repeatable surfaces prepared by laser cutting.

For many cases a form fit by laser cutting can be utilized instead of welding.

Tube and Profile Bending

In our CNC Tube Bending Machines we can bend tubes and profiles from 4mm diameter up to 150mm diameter. The bending is done according to customer specifications and technical drawings in all 3 axes.
All of our machines are specially equipped to allow small bending radii down to 1D. Thanks to this we can offer smaller bending radii without sacrificing quality.

Control and Welding Fixtures Design & Production

For mass produced parts manufactured in our factory, we design and produce the control fixtures according to the references and tolerances on technical drawings.

Moreover, to ensure continuous quality and dimensional stability in welded constructions, we design and produce the welding jigs ourselves.

Being one of the most time-consuming phases of new product development, design and production of fixtures and jigs is an important aspect. By having these capabilities in-house, we can go through the product development cycle together with our customers in much shorter times, while ensuring continuous quality in the long run.
